About Us

Randy's Paint & Body Shop, Inc.’s has been in business for 23 years. Serving the Greenbrier and surrounding areas. We are a family owned business with family values. We strive to serve each customer with honesty, integrity, excellent customer service, and quality craftmanship.

Owner Randy McNew took interest in cars since he was a teenager. Randy’s interest in cars runs in his family, many of his first experiences with cars came from working with his father. The two would work together, performing engine repairs. The interest in cars grew after finding his first 1965 Mustang convertible in the junk yard. Randy loves taking something that doesn’t look like much and turning it into a vehicle that will turn heads. This love for cars served as inspiration to get deeply involved in the automotive industry.

Since 1982, Randy has studied automotive jobs at a variety of collision body shops from many talented technicians and painters. Whether it was auto body repair, or auto paint, Randy learned the ins and outs of the industry’s essential services. In 1996, he took a leap of faith and opened Randy's Paint & Body Shop, Inc.. For the next 23 years, Randy would serve Greenbrier faithfully as a trusted auto body technician.

Randy handles all collision repairs from the outset, down to the auto paint. We take care of every detail to ensure your satisfaction. Our services aren’t limited to any particular make or model. FULL-SERVICE COLLISION REPAIR

What do we mean by full-service collision repair? Simply put, Randy's Paint & Body Shop, Inc. is a top-rated, collision repair facility. If you want to make sure your car is returned to like new condition, bring it in for a full-service collision repair. We work with all insurance companies and encourage our customers to know that they have the right to choose their repair facility.

When you first come in, we will perform a free collision repair estimate. We will evaluate the extent of the damage, then attach a calculated price tag and approximate time frame for repairs. Once you have put your car in our hands, we will begin by ordering any necessary parts and performing any necessary prep work, such as teardown (removing the damaged parts) during this phase we usually find any additional damage that was not apparent during initial estimation. We then work closely with you or your insurance company to finalize the repair.

Once all is said and done, we call you in for a final evaluation of the repair service. A job well done means the vehicle looks like it came fresh off the production line. We stand behind our work and offer a written warranty.
